You may download its contents with
git clone http://iktp.tu-dresden.de/~philipp/ubiquity.git
This will effectively clone the repository onto your disk, allowing you to browse through the complete change history, download future updates and make modifications of your own. If you feel like sharing those modifications, you can let other people (including me) pull from your repository.
